摘  要:目的在非氧化消化条件下,建立测定赭石铁(Ⅱ)及总铁含量的方法。方法考察不同的酸及其浓度对非氧化完全消化赭石的影响,应用邻菲啰啉分光光度法测定消化液中Fe2+的含量,应用盐酸羟胺将Fe3+还原为Fe2+,测定总铁的含量。结果使用6 mol·L-1盐酸消化最佳,时间较短且酸的使用量最少,试验过程产生较少烟雾,按此法所得平均加样回收率为100.7%,RSD为2.8%。结论该方法准确、灵敏度高,适用于测定赭石中铁的含量。Objective To establish a method to determine the content of iron ( Ⅱ ) and total iron in Ruddle in the non-oxide acid. Methods The effect of different acids and their concentrations was observed. The iron ( Ⅱ ) content was determined by spectrophotometry, and iron (Ⅲ ) reduction of iron ( Ⅱ ) by hydroxylamine hydrochloride. Results Acid at 6 mol . L^ - 1 was the best, with less time and acid, and less smoke in the test process. The average recovery was 100.7%, and RSD% was 2.8%. Conclusion This method is highly sensitive, accurate and suitable for determining the iron content in Ruddle.
