摘  要:目的制作挤压综合征犬动物模型,为应用连续性血液净化技术救治挤压综合征提供实验平台。方法先将犬麻醉,在保持麻醉状态下,应用自动气压止血带保持恒定压力挤压犬肢体,观察各个不同时间点犬肌酸激酶、肌红蛋白、尿素氮、肌酐、血钾、二氧化碳结合力等指标的变化情况。根据犬自身生理特性,结合挤压综合征诊断标准,确定犬模型的成模标准。结果按照操作方法挤压5h后,全部实验犬生化及肾功能等指标出现异常,与挤压前数比较具有显著性差异,P〈0.05,并且出现血高钾血症、低钙血症、代谢性酸中毒、急性肾脏损伤等严重病症,符合挤压综合征诊断标准。结论挤压综合征犬动物模型为目前唯一的大动物模型,具有造模方法和步骤可靠、模型稳定、造模时间短等优势,适合于应用连续性血液净化技术救治挤压综合征的研究。Objective To establish a canine model of crush syndrome (CS) caused by continuously pressing of a automatic tourniquet, providing an experimental platform for the application of continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT); Methods Once the dog was anaesthetized, an observation on variation of creatine kinase, myoglobin, urea nitrogen, creatinine, potassium, carbon dioxide was performed on different time points by adopting the automatic tourniquet to maintain a constant pressure to squeeze limbs of the dog. Based on the dog's own physiological characteristics, the canine model was created by combining with crush syndrome diagnostic criteria. Results Five hours later, the creatine kinase, myoglobin, urea nitrogen, creatinine, potassium, carbon dioxide combining power of the dogs went abnormal, carrying out a statistical difference comparing with the ones before squeezing, with hyperkalemia, metabolic acidosis, and AKI. And all of those meet the criteria of crush syndrome. Conclusion The model is well fit the characteristics of CS and is suitable for research of the CRRT application in CS.
