摘　　要：目的探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切钉合术(PPH)Ⅰ期治疗急性嵌顿性痔的临床疗效。方法 40例已行手术治疗急性嵌顿痔患者根据术式分为PPH组(20例)和MMH组(20例),对两组患者手术时间、术后VAS评分、术后出血、肛缘水肿、住院时间及住院费用进行比较分析。结果手术后两组患者预后良好,无严重并发症,PPH组住院费用多于MMH组(P<0.01),但在手术时间、术后疼痛的VAS评分、术后并发症(肛缘水肿)发生率及住院时间方面PPH组优于MMH组(P<0.01)。结论 PPH治疗急性嵌顿痔安全有效,且近期疗效优于MMH。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of treating one stage PPH for acute incarcerated hem- orrhoids （AIH }. Methods A retrospective study of 40 patients with AIH treated by surgery was per- formed. The patients were divided into PPH group（ n ：20） and MMH group（ n ：20） according to the different operation program who underwent. Operative time, pain score of VAS, postoperative complica- tions, hospital stay, and hospital charges were compared. Results The symptoms were both relieved in two groups patients. Although the hospital charges of patients in MMH group were fewer, the patients in PPH group had advantages of shorter operative time, less postoperative pain, fewer complications（edema of a- nal edge）, and shorter hospital stay （ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion One stage PPH is a safe and effective treat- ment for AIH, and furthermore its short-term therapeutic effect is better than MMH.
