摘　　要：目的探讨海南地区高血压患者的健康相关生命质量及其影响因素。方法共纳入2012年6—8月海南地区体检人群806例,应用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)中文版进行调查。结果共收回有效问卷806份,其中高血压患者187例(23.2%),高血压组生理功能、心理功能和社会关系领域的得分及总体生命质量和健康状况得分分别为(45.8±10.5)、(43.7±11.3)、(59.8±13.6)、(50.4±10.4)分,均显著低于对照组的(57.6±10.8)、(58.9±12.7)、(69.1±11.5)、(57.3±13.6)分,(P<0.05)。结论与对照人群相比,海南地区高血压人群健康生命质量较低,值得重视。Objective To analyze and eompare the quality of life in hypertension population in Hainan province. Methods A survey was undertaken in 806 randomly selected residents in Hainan from June to August in 2012. The residents were investigated with a self - made questionnaire about the life eustom and the Chinese Version of WHOQOL - BREF. Results There were 187 hypertension patients reported in 806 eligible questionnaire, and the prevalence rate was 23.2%. The scores of domains of physiological function, psychological function, social function and overall quality of life and health in hypertension population were lower than those in the control population （45.8 ± 10. 5,43.7 ± 11.3,59.8 ± 13.6,50. 4 ± 10. 4vs57.6±10.8,58.9±12.7,69.1±11.5,57.3±13.6）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the hypertension population of Hainan Province,the quality of life was significantly lower than that in the control population.
