滴定分析在合成硼酸三甲酯中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了采用常量滴定分析法,分析测定以硼酸和甲醇合成硼酸三甲酯蒸馏混合物中硼酸三甲酯含量的方法,用该方法对已知纯度的硼酸三甲酯试剂进行滴定分析,将分析结果与产品标定含量进行比较,该方法所测产品含量与厂家给出的含量相对偏差在0.03%～0.36%范围内。通过利用该方法对同一条件下合成混合物中硼酸三甲酯做测定分析,加标回收率在95.73%～99.67%,相对标准偏差0.31%～1.09%,结果表明该滴定方法分析检测硼酸三甲酯具有准确度高、精密度好,为硼酸三甲酯检测提供了参考。This paper describes the titration method to analyze trimethyl borate, the measured results were compared with titration method and the actual trimethyl borate content through gas chromatography method measure. It＇ s verified that the accuracy and precision of the mass titration is excellent and the relative de- viation was 0. 03% -0. 36%. The recovery rate of this method was in the range of 95.73% -99. 67%. This method is great significant for trimethyl borate analysis.
