摘 要:在研究双线圈永磁操动机构的结构形式与工作原理的基础上,提出了适用于双线圈永磁接触器的分合闸过程的拓扑电路结构。建立了双线圈永磁接触器的分合闸过程的拓扑电路数学模型,并分别采用了C语言编程和MATLAB仿真软件实现对未引入反馈环节和引入反馈环节的双线圈永磁接触器的拓扑电路模型进行了仿真计算。仿真与实验结果表明所提出的双线圈永磁接触器拓扑电路的数学建模方法的正确性,同时,在引入反馈环节的拓扑电路中,分合闸过程的线圈电流平均值明显减小,可有效改善永磁接触器的动态特性。Based on the research of the structure form and operational principle for the dual coil permanent magnetic (PM) actuator, the topology circuit structure of the breaking and closing process for applying to the dual coil PM contactor was proposed. The mathematical model of topology circuit of the breaking and closing process for the dual coil PM contactor was established. The simulation calculation of the topology circuit models of dual coil PM contactor for without and with feedback element was realized by using the C programming language and MATLAB simulation software. Simulation and experiment results show that the correctness of the proposed mathematical modeling method for dual coil PM contactor circuit topology and the coil current average value of breaking and closing process is significantly reduced under the feedback element topology circuit, which can effectively improve the dynamic characteristics of PM contactor.
