摘  要:为了进一步提高鄂尔多斯盆地苏里格气田水平井单井产量,对该气田致密砂岩储层开展了天然微裂缝、岩石脆性、岩石抗张强度与三向应力和储层敏感性等方面的研究,进行了体积压裂试验。结合该气田致密砂岩储层特点,首先确定了苏里格气田水平井体积压裂的选井原则,在压裂技术措施上形成了以下工艺技术:研发大通径压裂管柱,满足大排量注入;采用低黏、低伤害液体体系造复杂缝网;组合粒径陶粒支撑主裂缝;段内多缝压裂进一步增加改造体积。同时建议排量在10m2/min以上时,压裂液体系采用滑溜水和交联胶组合方式,支撑剂以40~70目和20~40目的组合粒径陶粒为主。2012年进行了10口井的现场试验,平均天然气无阻流量达68.07×10^4m3/d,取得了较好的增产效果。实践证明:上述工艺技术是提高该气田天然气单井产量的一种新的技术手段。To further improve the yield of a single horizontal well in the Sulige Gas Field, Ordos Basin, a volume fracturing test and relevant studies were carried out of Sulige tight sandstone reservoirs, including natural micro-fractures, rock brittleness, rock tensile strength, three-dimensional stress and reservoir sensitivity. In combination with the properties of such reservoirs, principles of the horizontal well selection in this field were determined first. The following technologies were formulated based on fracturing meas ures: i) to make research and development of large drift diameter fracturing pipe columns to meet the need of injection in large displacement; ii) to use the fluid system with low viscosity and low damage to create a complicated fracture network; iii) to combine grain sized ceramsite to support main fractures; and iv) to further increase the simulated volume through segmental multi-seam frac turing technology. Meanwhile, it is recommended to use slick water and cross-linking fluid in combination as fracturing fluid and to mainly use 40 - 70 mesh and 20 - 40 mesh combined grain-sized ceramsite as proppant. Field tests in 10 wells were carried out in 2012, the average open flow capacity of which reached up to 680,700 m3/d. Field practices show that this is a new technical means to improve the single-well production of horizontal wells in the Sulige Gas Field.
