摘  要:采用干胶转化的方法,仅采用四丙基氢氧化铵(TPAOH)为模板剂,在无第二模板剂参与的情况下制备了具有微孔介孑L复合的多级孔结构的ZSM-5分子筛(标记为ZSM-5-DGC),并用XRD,SEM和N:吸附脱附等对合成的分子筛进行了表征。结果表明,得到样品为由200nm左右的无规则形状的小晶粒堆砌而成的粒径为1—2仙m的具有介孔结构的规则分子筛微球。将ZSM-5-DGC压片成型,考察其在甲醇制丙烯(MTP)反应中的催化性能。结果表明,甲醇的单程转化率在反应2~105h均在99%以上,丙烯与乙烯收率比可达到7.43。Hierarchical ZSM - 5 zeolite (refers as ZSM - 5 - DGC) with mesoporous microspheres were synthesized with dry - gel method using only tetrapropylammonium hydroxide (TPAOH) as template without any secondary template. The prepared product samples were characterized by using XRD, SEM as well as N2 adsorption and desorption. Results showed that the prepared product consists of regular zeolite microspheres with mesoporous structure of 1 - 2 μm diameter that is piled up by small crystals with irregular shape and sized around 200 nm. The product ZSM -5 - DGC was tableted and in methanol -to -propylene (MTP) conversion process. Under the experiment operating conditions, the methanol conversion per pass achieves 99% continuously from 2 to 105 h, and the propylene/ethylene ratio in the effluent of the conversion process achieves 7.43.
