摘　　要：综述了近几年关于植物提取物美白潜力的研究进展,重点讨论了蘑菇酪氨酸酶活性抑制试验、细胞水平试验、动物试验和计算机模拟试验这4种方法评估植物提取物美白潜力的优劣;归纳了近几年发现的植物提取物美白活性成分的物质种类;最后,展望了未来植物提取物美白潜力研究的发展方向。Recent progress with respect to research work for whitening potential of plant extracts was summarized. Discussion about advantages and disadvantages of four different assessment methods for whitening potential of plant extracts, namely mushroom tyrosinase inhibition test, cell level test, zooperal and computer simulation assay were focused. Some kinds of plant extract with whitening potential that discovered in recent years were induced. Finally, the future trends for research work with respect to development of plant extracts with whitening potential were prospected.
