摘  要:建立了一种化妆品中雌性激素类药物的液相色谱-串联质谱的检测方法。对化妆品样品,采用乙腈超声提取,凝胶渗透净化色谱(GPC)净化,液质联用仪(LC—MS/MS)分析。结果表明:7种雌激素(雌二醇、雌三醇、雌酮、己烷雌酚、己烯雌酚、己二烯雌酚和炔雌醇)线性关系良好(r≥0.995);方法检出限为0.2~2.4mg·kg-1,平均回收率为69.4%~108.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.5%~12.4%。A liquid chromatography -tandem mass spectrometry (LC -MS/MS) method was established for determination of seven kinds of estrogen in cosmetics. The cosmetic samples were extracted with acetonitrile under help of uhrasonic wave, and the extract was purified with gel permeation chromatography ( GPC ), and then detected by LC - MS/MS. Results showed that the relation between peak area and mass concentration of the detected seven kinds of estrogen, including oestradiol, oestriol, oestrone, hexestrol, stilbestrol, dienestrol and ethinyloestradiol displays good linearity with correlation coefficient higher than 0. 995. Detection limit of the method is 0.2 - 2.4 mg·kg- 1. The method was carried out at three spiking levels, the average recoveries are in the range of 69.4% -108. 7% ,with relative standard deviations of 4. 5% - 12. 4%.
