摘　　要：文章概述了数字化参考咨询服务的起源和在我国的发展历程,总结了国内大学图书馆数字化参考咨询服务现状与存在的问题,论述了国外大学图书馆数字化参考咨询服务的发展特色,并就我国大学图书馆数字化参考咨询服务的发展策略进行了探讨。The paper gives the general situation of the origin and development situation of the Digital Reference Services （DRS） in China. It summarizes the status and problems of DRS in domestic university library, discusses the DRS development characteristics in foreign university library,and gives a further discussion on DRS development tactics in China.
