摘　　要：文章对网络用户信息查证行为的相关理论、动因模型以及激励途径进行了深入探讨和研究,主要结论有:用户信息查证行为是其内容评估活动的一部分;用户对可信度的意义建构会影响其查证行为的形式及结果;查证行为主要涉及基于理性的分析系统,且出现在中心评估路径上;查证行为的动因主要来自个体驱动和环境驱动,其中基于社会规范和技术系统的环境因素成为其激励途径。This article explores information verification behaviors of online users from the aspects of related theories, motivation model and incentive approaches step by step. The primary conclusions from the study include： information verification behaviors are one part of content assessment activities ; credibility construct of users is supposed to influence the forms and results of their verification behaviors; verification behavior primarily involves rationale analyzing system and appears on the central assessment path; verification behavior is motivated by individual and context, among which social norms and technology systems are incentive approaches to behaviors.
