RUNX3蛋白在宫颈癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的 检测RUNX3蛋白在正常宫颈组织、宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）和宫颈癌组织中的表达情况,并探讨其与宫颈癌发生发展的关系.方法 采用免疫组化方法检测48例宫颈癌、33例CIN（CIN Ⅰ 16例,CINⅡ～Ⅲ17例）、20例正常宫颈组织中RUNX3蛋白的表达,比较其阳性率的差异.结果 RUNX3蛋白在正常宫颈、CIN Ⅰ、CINⅡ～Ⅲ、宫颈癌中的表达呈下降趋势,4组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.RUNX3蛋白的表达与宫颈病变的进展程度、临床分期、病理分级及是否有淋巴结转移明显相关（P＜0.05）,与年龄、病理组织学类型及高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染无关（P＞0.05）.结论 RUNX3蛋白表达与宫颈癌的发生、发展密切相关,其表达情况有可能作为临床预后判定指标之一.Objeetive To investigate the expression of RUNX3 protein in normal cervix,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN） and cervical carcinoma tissues and to explore its roles in the pathogenesis and development of cervical carcinoma.Methods The RUNX3 protein expression was detected by immunohistochemistry in 48 cervical carcinoma,33 CIN （CIN Ⅰ 16,CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ 17） and 20 nomal cervix,and the positive rate was compared in them.Results The expression of RUNX3 protein in normal cervix,CIN,cervical carcinoma tissues tended to be down-regulated.The difference among these groups was statistically significant （P ＜ 0.05）.The expression of RUNX3 protein was correlated with the progression,clinical stage,pathological classification and lymphatic metastasis of cervical lesions （P ＜ 0.05）,but had no relationship with the age,high-risk human papillomavirus infecton and histological classification （P ＞ 0.05）.Conclusion The expression of RUNX3 protein is closely related to the pathogenesis and the development of cervical carcinoma which could be a good prognostic factor in clinical application.
