摘 要:为探讨钙钛矿型氧化物对硝胺改性双基推进剂燃烧性能的影响,用硬脂酸凝胶燃烧法制备了钙钛矿型La0.8Sr0.2CoO3-δ,运用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外(FT-IR)光谱及光电子能谱(XPS)技术对所得粉体进行了表征,并用热重-差示扫描量热(TG-DSC)技术研究了La0.8Sr0.2CoO3-δ对推进剂中主要组分黑索今(RDX)的催化热分解作用,实验了La0.8Sr0.2CoO3-δ粉体对硝胺改性双基推进剂的燃速和压力指数的影响。结果表明:添加2.0%La0.8Sr0.2CoO3-δ可使RDX分解峰温提前,且分解热增加;与不加La0.8Sr0.2CoO3-δ相比,在所有的压力下,La0.8Sr0.2CoO3-δ的少量添加使推进剂燃速有不同程度的提高,且使推进剂的压强指数降低;与LaCoO3相比,La0.8Sr0.2CoO3-δ对硝胺改性双基推进剂的燃烧表现了更好的催化作用。Perovskite-type La0.8Sr0.2C0O3-δ was prepared by a stearic acid gel combustion method in order to investigate the effect of the perovskite oxides on the combustion property of the nitramine modified double-base propellant. The obtained powder is characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) , scanning electron microscopy (SEM) , Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) and X-ray photoelectron spectros- copy (XPS) techniques. The catalytic action of La0.8Sr0.2C0O3-δ on the thermal decomposition of hexa- hydro-1,3,5-trinitro-1 ,3,5-triazine (RDX) is investigated by TG-DSC technique. The burning rates of nitramine modified double-base propellant at various pressures are studied to evaluate the ballistic proper- ty. The experimental results show that La0.8Sr0.2C0O3-δ can catalyze the thermal decomposition of RDX, and the heat of decomposition can be increased by 34.7 J/g by adding 2.0 % (to) of La0.8Sr0.2C0O3-δ into RDX. Compared with basic propellant, the burning rate of propellant modified by La0. 8 Sr0.2 CoO3-8 increases at all the pressures. However, the burning rate increases more slowly with the increase of pres- sure, and hence the pressure index of the propellant is reduced. La0.8Sr0.2C0O3-δ has the better catalytic action in comparison with LaCoO3.
