摘 要:目的优化超临界CO2流体萃取枸骨叶中熊果酸的工艺。方法在单因素实验基础上通过响应面分析建立超临界CO2流体萃取枸骨叶中熊果酸的数学模型,确定优选萃取工艺条件。结果优选萃取工艺条件为萃取压力27.1 MPa,萃取温度50℃,夹带剂流量0.09mL·min-1。在此条件下熊果酸得率可达到2.11mg·g-1。结论优化的萃取工艺稳定可靠。Objective To optimize the supercritical CO2 fluid extraction process of ursolic acid from the leaves of Ilex cornuta.Method Based on the single factor experiment,a mathematical model for SFE of ursolic acid from the leaves of Ilex cornuta was built by using response surface analysis.Results The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:the extraction pressure 27.1 MPa,the extraction temperature 50℃,and the flow rate of modifier 0.09mL·min-1.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of ursolic acid could reach up to 2.11mg·g-1.Conclusion The optimized process conditions are stable and reliable.
