摘　　要：目的对黄水枝Tiarella polyphylla D.Don进行显微鉴别和总黄酮含量测定。方法显微鉴别采用形态学和组织学鉴别方法,总黄酮含量测定采用分光光度法。结果黄水枝茎薄壁细胞中含草酸钙簇晶;粉末中可见不定式气孔、腺毛和非腺毛。黄水枝总黄酮含量为2.5%~3.9%。结论上述显微特征及总黄酮含量测定可用于黄水枝药材的质量鉴定。Objective To establish a microscope identification method and to determine the total flavonoids content of Tiarella polyphylla D.Don.Method Morphological and histological methods were used for microscopic identification.Spectrophotometry was used for the determination of total flavonoids content.Result There were clusters crystals in stems of Tiarella polyphylla D.Don.Anomocytic type stomas,glandular hairs and non-glandular hairs were visible in powder.There are many types of vessels.The content of total flavonoids was 2.5%-3.9%.Conclusion The microscopic characteristics and the determination method of total flavonoids content can be used for the quality evaluation of Tiarella polyphylla D.Don.
