摘 要:在统一种植管理条件下,对国家果树种质福州龙眼圃中有代表性的32份龙眼种质资源的果肉黄酮含量进行鉴定。结果表明,供试的龙眼种质果肉黄酮含量变异丰富,分布范围为9.36~76.07 mg/hg FW,平均含量19.70 mg/hg FW,变异系数61.21%;来源于广东的种质与福建、四川、贵州的种质果肉黄酮含量差异达极显著。根据鉴定结果初步制定龙眼果肉黄酮含量标准:小于10.00 mg/hg FW为低含量,10.00~30.00 mg/hg FW为中等含量,大于30.00 mg/hg FW为高含量;筛选出高黄酮含量种质3份,即超高黄酮含量的‘云南8号’、泰国优异品种‘施冲蒲’和生产主栽品种‘储良’,可作为生产应用或杂交育种材料。The aril flavonoid contents of 32 representative cultivars in the national germplasm repository of longan were analyzed under the same field condition in this article. The result showed that the content of flavonoid was diversity in the Longan germplasm, ranged from 9.36 mg/(hg FW) to 76.07 mg/(hg FW); the average content was 19.70 mg/(hg FW); the coefficient of variation was 61.21%. The flavonoid content of Longan aril that from Guangdong was significantly different with that from Fujian, Sichuan and Guizhou. According to the content of aril flavonoid, the 32 representative cuhivars could be classified as low content cultivar [〈10.00 mg/(hg FW)], medium content cultivar [10.00-30.00 mg/(hg FW)] and high content cuhivar [〉30.00 mg/(hg FW)]. Because of the high aril flavonoid content, the ultra-high content cultivar 'Yunnan NO.8, Thailand superior cultivar 'Sri-Chumpoo' and the main planting cuhivar 'Chuliang' could be selected for longan production and breeding.
