摘 要:利用SRAP标记技术对18份来自福建和浙江的杨梅种质资源进行遗传多样性分析。从56对引物组合中筛选出8对多态性较好、扩增清晰的引物组合,共扩增出89个谱带,其中43个多态性谱带,多态性百分率48.6%。采用NTSYS-PC2.0分析软件对统计数据进行聚类分析,在结合距离0.820处可将18份杨梅种质资源划分为3大类;其中15份福建杨梅资源的亲缘关系与地理来源相关性不甚明显,多数来源相同的种质资源遗传关系近,但15份福建杨梅资源可与3份浙江杨梅资源依地理来源进行区分。同时检测到1条浮宫1号的特异条带,可作为浮宫1号与福建省其它主栽杨梅品种鉴定的参考标记。The genetic diversity of 18 Chinese bayberry(Myrica rubra)germplasm resources were researched by SRAP marker technique. Eight primer combinations which could produce clear and polymorphic bands were screened from 56 SRAP primer combinations. 89 locis were detected, of which 43 were polymorphic and the polymorphic percentage was 48.6%. As analyzed by NTSYS-PC2.0, 18 Chinese bayberry germplasm resources were grouped into three sub-clusters when the similar coefficient was 0.820. Relationship was not so obviously correlated with geographic origin, most germplasm resources from the same geographic origin had close relationship. 15 Chinese bayberry from Fujian had closer relationship than other 3 Chinese bayberry from Zhejiang. In addition, one special band from Fugongyihao could be used to distinguish it from other Chinese bayberry germplasm resources.
