政府网络、市场网络、宴请网络对农村家庭财富的影响——基于中国农村家庭调查数据的经验研究

摘　　要：基于中国科学院农业政策研究中心4省600多个农村家庭的调查数据,本文分析了3种不同维度的社会资本——政府网络、市场网络和宴请网络——对农村家庭财富的影响,研究结果表明:政府网络、市场网络和宴请网络可以显著地提高家庭的人均财富水平,其中政府网络对农村家庭人均财富的影响程度大于市场网络。具体而言,家庭每增加1个在市场中工作的亲戚或朋友,可以使其人均财富水平提高3.73%;而家庭每增加1个在政府部门工作的成员则可使人均财富水平提高10.26%。另外,研究还发现,家庭社会资本的回报高于人力资本,对于1个平均只完成小学教育的家庭来说,市场网络和政府网络的作用分别是该家庭多接受1年教育的回报的1.64倍和4.52倍。Based on survey data including more than 600rural families from Center for Chinese Agri- cultural Policy(CAS),this paper analyses the effects of social capital on the wealth of rural families from three different dimensions,which are government network,the market network and the dining network.Our results suggest that all the three different dimensions of social capitals have statistically significant positive effects on the per capita wealth of the family,among which the gov- ernment network is more influential than that of the market network.Specifically,one additional relative(or friend)who works in the market will increase the per capita wealth of the family by 3. 73%;whereas a family member who works in the government can dramatically raise the per capita wealth by 10.26%.We also find that the returns to the social capital are greater than that of the human capital.For a family that has received only 6years of school education on average,the re- turns to the market network and the government network are as 1.64and 4.52times respectively as that of one additional year of schooling.
