行业院校特色专业培育:特点、问题与建议

摘　　要：行业院校在管理体制转轨后面临着同质化竞争日益激烈的环境下,特色专业建设是学校走出困境、提升办学竞争力的有效途径。行业院校特色专业培育面临的主要问题体现在:动力、机制和联系等方面。行业院校特色专业培育的政策建议是:推动产学研合作,优化课程设置,加强过程监督。There are different paths for specialty cultivation in universities and colleges. Colleges with industrial features are faced with the homogenization of university development nationwide. It is important to improve the quality of education and to enhance the competitiveness through the cultivation and construction of specialties. The main features of industrial colleges in cultivating specialty include the supporting of advantage disciplines and adjustment to industries. Motivation, mechanism and fitness are the main factors in developing specialties in colleges. We suggest that these colleges should promote cooperation between the colleges and the industry, optimize the curriculum structure and strengthen supervision in the process in order to make the cultivation and construction of specialties more efficient.
