摘　　要：目的:分析中医药治疗恶性肿瘤的疗效评价研究现状。方法:对近年来关于中医药治疗肿瘤的相关文献进行整理、分析,建立一套规范和标准的中医肿瘤评价体系。结果:以循证医学理论作为理论指导,并综合各类客观、准确、全面的研究数据资料,合理地构建一套标准化、规范化的中医肿瘤疗效评价体系,并将患者的生存期、生存质量、肿瘤缓解效率以及各项理化检测指标纳入到评价体系之中,可以使研究结论趋于客观化、真实化。结论:对中医药治疗恶性肿瘤的疗效评价情况进行分析,能体现中医治疗恶性肿瘤的特色及优势,并对优化临床疗效、改善患者的生存质量等具有重要意义。Objective： To analyze the efficacy evaluation situation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of malignant tumor. Methods ： The related literatures of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of oncology in recent years were sorted out and analyzed, and a set of normalized and standardized TCM oncology evaluation system was established. Results：The theory of evidence-based medicine as the guidance, and integration all kinds of objective, accurate and comprehensive research data, and reasonable establishment a set of stand- ardization and normalization of tumor of traditional Chinese medicine efficacy evaluation system, and put the patient＇s survival, quality of survival, tumor relief efficiency as well as various physical and chemical testing indexes into the evaluation system, which can make the research conclusion tend to be more objective, actualized. Conclusion：The efficacy evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of malignant tumor cases were analyzed ,which can reflect features and advantages of the TCM therapy for malignant tumor, and it had great significance on optimizing the clinical curative effect,and improvment the patient＇s survival quality,etc.
