《金匮要略》三丸方治疗肿瘤探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨《金匮要略》三丸剂治疗肿瘤的临床应用情况。方法:试就《金匮要略》对肿瘤的认识、肿瘤与瘀血的关系、以及三首丸方治疗肿瘤的中医机理和药理学研究做一阐述,期拓展仲景三首丸方在肿瘤临床中的应用。结果:《金匮要略》桂枝茯苓丸、鳖甲煎丸、大黄虫丸三首丸方,尤其鳖甲煎丸、大黄虫丸是仲景所创方中为数不多的大方,能够针对肿瘤正虚邪实,寒热错杂,痰瘀毒结等纷繁复杂的病机起作用,并且现代药理研究也表明中药复方是通过多靶点,多途径,多层次,多环节抑制肿瘤增殖和转移。结论:《金匮要略》对于肿瘤的病因病机,诊断治疗有着深刻的认识,其创制的桂枝茯苓丸、鳖甲煎丸、大黄虫丸三首丸剂是临床治疗肿瘤的有效方剂。Objective：To explore the clinical application of the three pills prescription in treating tumors. Methods：Clarified the under- standing of tumor in Jingui Yaolue ,the relationship between tumor and blood stasis and TCM mechanism and pharmacological studies of the three prescriptions of pills treatment of tumor, so as to expand the three pills prescriptions of Zhongjing in the application of clinical oncology. Results：Guizhi Fuling Pill,Turtle Shell Decocted Pill, Dahuang Zhechong Pill, the three prescriptions of pills in Jingui Yaol- ue, especially Turtle Shell Decocted Pill and Dahuang Zhechong Pill were two of the few large prescriptions created by Zhang Zhongjing, which can play a part in aiming at the complicated pathogenesis of tumor, such as healthy energy deficiency and pathogenic factor ex- cess, intertwist of cold with heat, and stagnation of phlegm and stasis toxin, and modem pharmacology study showed that traditional Chi- nese medicine compound could inhibit proliferation and metastasis of tumor through multi-target, multi-ways, multilevel, and multiple- link. Conclusion：Jingui Yaolue created by Zhang Zhongjing has profound understanding on etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treat- ment of tumor. Guizhi Fulling Pill, Turtle Shell Decocted Pill, Dahuang Zhechong Pill, the three prescriptions of pills are the clinical ef- fective prescription for the treatment of tumor.
