摘　　要：目的:探讨中医药治疗支气管哮喘的实验研究进展。方法:对10 a来中医药治疗支气管哮喘的相关文献进行分析、总结,从细胞免疫、气道炎症、相关炎症介质及炎性细胞、神经受体机制、基因研究等方面进行综述,以期了解中药多环节、多靶点、多途径的作用机制,了解研究现状。结果:中医药在防治哮喘方面疗效显著、药效持久、不良反应小、善于预防,长于治本。但目前国内在中医药防治哮喘的作用机制研究方面有很多不足之处:①对中医药的作用靶点研究不足,对气道高反应及气道重塑机制的研究较少;②热衷于自制方及经验方的研究,而冷落了经方的研究;③动物实验研究向临床研究的延伸不足。结论:中医药治疗支气管哮喘的实验研究较多,对指导临床治疗有重要意义。Objective ：To study the experimental research progress on bronchial asthma treated with Chinese medicine. Methods：Analyzed and summarized the related literature of TCM treatment of bronchial asthma in recent 10 years, and summarized from the aspects of cel- lular immunity, airway inflammation, related inflammatory mediators and inflammatory cells and nerve receptor mechanism, gene re- search, in order to realize traditional Chinese medicine mechanism of action ： multi-link, multi-targetand multi-path, and to understand the research status. Results：Traditional Chinese medicine has good effect in preventing and controlling asthma, lasting effect, less ad- verse reaction, good at prevention and treating the root. But at present domestic research on the action mechanism of prevention and treatment of asthma in TCM has many disadvantages ：①insufficient research on function targets of traditional Chinese medicine, and less research on the mechanism of airway hyperresponsiveness and airway remodeling;②paying attention to research on self-made prescrip- tion and empirical formula, and ignoring the study on classical prescription;③insufficient extension research on animal experimental study to clinical research. Conclusion：Experiment research on TCM treatment of bronchial asthma is more,which has important meaning to guide clinical treatment.
