心得宁口服液对急性心力衰竭大鼠左心室内压最大上升和最大下降速率的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨心得宁口服液对大鼠急性心衰模型左心室内压最大上升速率和最大下降速率的影响。方法:取大鼠60只,雄性,随机均分为6组,每组12只,其中1组为空白对照组,另5组造大鼠急性心衰模型。5组分别灌服心得宁口服液20 mL·kg-1、10 mL·kg-1、5 mL·kg-1、芪苈强心胶囊混悬液0.6 g·kg-1和同体积的生理盐水,空白对照组灌同体积的生理盐水;连续给药7 d。于最后1次给药后0.5 h,大鼠麻醉后,分别进行气管及颈总动脉插管,颈总动脉插管连接压力传感器,手术后稳定10 min后记录左心室内压最大上升速率、左心室内压最大下降速率。结果:造急性心衰模型成功;与模型组比较,心得宁口服液组和芪苈强心胶囊组均可显著升高左心室内压最大上升速率均显著降低(P<0.01)。心得宁口服液组和芪苈强心胶囊组均可显著升高左心室内压最大上升速率均显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:心得宁口服液有显著改善急性心衰的作用。Objective：To observe the effect of Practolol Oral Liquid on left ventricular internal pressure maximum rising and falling rate of acute heart failure rat model. Methods：60 rats, male,were randomly divided into 6 groups, each group of 12 rats, one group was the control group,the other 5 groups of acute heart failure model in rats;5 groups were gavaged praetolol oral liquid, qili qiangxin capsule suspension and the same volume of saline respectively, the blank control group was treated with the same volume of saline. Administra- tion continuous for 7 days. In 0.5 h after administration of the last time, rats were anesthetized, respectively total artery and carotid intu- bation of trachea, carotid artery cannula connected to a pressure sensor. And stability for 10 min postoperation recorded after the internal pressure of left ventricle maximal rise rate and left ventricular pressure of maximum decline rate. Results ： The acute heart failure model was successful;Compared with the model group, propranolol oral liquid group and qili qiangxin capsule group could significantly de- crease the maximum rise rate of left ventrieular pressure（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Practolol oral liquid group and qili qiangxin capsule group could significantly increase the maximum decline rate of left ventr/eular pressure （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： Practolol Oral Liquid has the effect of improvement acute heart failure.
