中西药合理配伍应用特点及机制分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西药合理配伍应用机制,明确中西药合理配伍的原则和对策。方法:归纳中西药合理配伍应用的优势和特点,并对中西药合理配伍应用的共性机制进行分析,得出中西药合理配伍应用的原则,以提高中西药配伍的合理性。结果:中西药合理配伍应严格遵循各自的基本理论,遵循中西药合用的作用机制和配伍变化规律,避免中西药重复和交替使用。结论:重视中西药配伍应用的作用机制及变化规律,做好临床用药指导和监测工作,对保证中西药的合理配伍应用具有重要意义。Objective ：To explore the application mechanism and to define principles and strategies of reasonable combination of tradition- al Chinese medicine and western medicine. Methods：Induced advantages and characteristics and analyzed common mechanisms of rea- sonable combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, then drew the principles of reasonable combination of TCM and western medicine, and improved the rationality of combination of TCM and western medicine. Results：Reasonable combination of TCM and western medicine should follow the respective basic theory, follow the action mechanism and compatibility variation rules of combination of TCM and western medicine, and avoid duplication and alternative use. Conclusion ： Pay attention to the action mechanism and variation of compatibility, do the clinical medication guiding and monitoring work well, which have important meaning to ensure rea- sonable combined applying of TCM and western medicine.
