肝舒乐片治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的机理研究

摘　　要：目的:通过对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎大鼠血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-Keto-PGF1α)及病理组织的观察,探讨肝舒乐片治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的机制。方法:应用25%消痔灵注射液制成慢性前列腺炎大鼠模型。将8周龄SPF级Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为模型组、正常组、前列康组、肝舒乐组、疏肝组和健脾组,每组10只。肝舒乐组、疏肝组、健脾组及前列康组分别灌服相应的中药混悬液及前列康片混悬液;模型组、正常组灌服蒸馏水。喂养4周后,于末次给药后24 h取血测定TXB2和6-Keto-PGF1α,称质量后脱颈处死后取出前列腺行病理组织学观察。结果:肝舒乐片可以升高血浆TXB2、降低6-Keto-PGF1α,减轻前列腺瘀血及炎性浸润。结论:肝舒乐片通过对TXB2、6-Keto-PGF1α平衡机制的调节作用,改善了前列腺周围的血液循环,可能是肝舒乐片治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的机制之一。Objective ：To explore the mechanism of Ganshule Tablets treatment of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis through observation of thromboxane B2 （TXB2） ,6-ketone-prostaglandin F1 alpha （6-Keto-PGF1 alpha） and pathological tissue of the chronic nonbacterial prostatitis rats. Methods：Chronic prostatitis model was made by 25% xiaozhiling injection. SPF male Wistar rats with 8 weeks age were randomly divided into model group, normal group, qianliekang group, shuganle group, soothing the liver group and strengthening the spleen group, each of 10 rats. Shuganle group, soothing the liver group, strengthening the spleen group and qianliekang group were trea- ted with drenching the corresponding Chinese medicine mixed suspension and qianliekang piece mixed suspension respectively. Model group and normal group were treated with drenching distilled water. 4 weeks after feeding, and 24 hours after the last administration, de- termination of TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1 alpha, and taking off the neck to death after measure the weight, and removed the prostate for histopathological observation. Results ： Ganshule Tablets can elevate plasma TXB2 and reduce 6-Keto-PGF1 alpha, and reduce blood sta- sis and inflammatory infiltrates of prostate. Conclusion：Ganshule Tablets can improve the blood circulation around the prostate through adjustment action on balance mechanism of TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1 alpha,which may be one of the mechanism of Ganshule Tablets treat- ment of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis.
