消疬膏配合抗痨药物治疗儿童淋巴结结核临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨消疬膏配合抗痨药物治疗儿童淋巴结结核的临床疗效。方法:60例儿童淋巴结结核患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,对照组采用单纯西药抗结核药治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加用消疬膏治疗。结果:对照组有效率为73.33%,治疗组有效率为96.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消疬膏配合抗痨药物治疗儿童淋巴结结核的临床疗效显著。Objective ： To observe the curative effect observation of Xiaoli Paste with anti-tuberculosis drugs in treating the child lympho- nodus tuberculosis. Methods ：60 cases of child lymphonodus tuberculosis patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group was given pure western medicine anti-tuberculosis treatment, and the treatment group was addition- ally given Xiaoli Paste on the basis of the control group. Results：The effective rate of the control group was 73.33% ,and the treatment group was 96.67%, comparison of the two groups showed that the difference was statistical significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Xiaoli Paste with anti-tuberculosis drugs in treating the child lymphonodus tuberculosis has distinct clinical curative effect.
