中药熏蒸联合针灸治疗类风湿性关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨中药熏蒸配合针灸治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将140例类风湿性关节炎患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各70例,对照组采用奈普生缓释片和雷公藤总苷片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加中药熏蒸联合针灸治疗,2~3个疗程后观察治疗效果。结果：治疗组有效率为100.00%,对照组有效率为64.28%;治疗组有效率优于对照组（P〈0.05）,治疗组患者症状、体征缓解均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：中药熏蒸联合针灸治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效显著,类风湿性关节炎患者、心理疏导、以及功能锻炼,对促进患者康复、减少并发症、提高生活质量具有重要意义。Objective ：To investigate the effect of herbal fumigation and acupuncture treatment in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods ：140 cases of rheumatoid arthritis were divided into the treatment group and the control group, each of 70 cases. The control group was given western medical treatment. The treatment group was given not only western medical treatment, but also herbal fumiga- tion and acupuncture treatment. The treatment effect was observed after two or three course of treatment. Results ： The effective rate of the Theatment group was 100.00%, and the control group was 64.28% ;The effective rate of treatment group was better than that of control group（ P 〈 0.05 ） ,and the remission rate of symptom and signs in treatment group were both better than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Herbal fumigation combined with acupuncture treatment of rheumatoid arthritis has distinct effect, and psycho- logical counseling,and functional exercise on rheumatoid arthritis patients have great significance on promotion patients＇ recovery, re- ducing complications and improvement quality of life.
