针药结合治疗痉挛性脑瘫临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨针药结合治疗痉挛性脑瘫的临床疗效。方法:68例患儿均采用针灸(百会、四神聪、天门、肾俞、大椎、风池、足三里、腰俞、合谷)加中药(人参、黄芪、当归、天麻、远志、山茱萸、益智仁、肉苁蓉、五味子、续继、白术、山药)治疗,治疗后测定患儿的智力障碍和运动功能障碍程度来判断疗效。结果:基本治愈9例,占13.2%;显效28例,占41.2%;有效26例,占38.2%;无效5例,占7.4%。有效率为92.6%。结论:针药结合治疗小儿痉挛性脑瘫有较好的临床疗效。Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine treatment of spastic cerebral palsy. Methods ：68 cases of children were treated with acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine treatment ,and the degrees of men- tal retardation and motion dysfunction were measured after treatment to judge the curative effect. Results ：9 cases were basic cured, ac- counting for 13.2% ;28 cases were achieved excellent effects, accounting for 41.2% ;26 cases were effective, accounting for 38.2% ; And 5 cases were ineffective, accounting for 7.4% ;The effective rate was 92.6%. Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine treatment of spastic cerebral palsy has good clinical curative effect.
