摘  要:在充分分析国内外常用车辆制动方法的基础上,并对比了3种基于加速度测试原理的车辆制动方法,提出了采集零点测任意方向上的加速度方法。基于该方法开发的一种基于MMA8451,S3C6410的触摸屏式的新型便携式汽车制动性能检测装置,实现了车辆制动过程中制动速度、加速度及制动距离的实时检测。通过大量实验验证了该测试装置满足车辆制动测试要求,可广泛用于车辆检验部门、汽车制造专业厂、汽车维修部门,对汽车制动系统的综合评价具有很高的应用价值。On the basis of full analysis on common vehicle braking methods at home and abroad, and compare three vehicle braking methods based on principle of acceleration measurement, propose the method of measuring acceleration in any direction after collecting the zero. Based on this new method, a new type portable vehicle braking performance test device is designed based on MMA8451 ,S3C6410 touch-screen and achieve goal of real-time detection on speed, acceleration and distance during braking process. A large number of tests verify that the device is able to meet requirements for vehicle braking performance test and can be widely used in vehicle inspection department, automobile manufacturing plant, and vehicle maintenance department, and has a very high application value in comprehensive evaluation on automotive braking systems.
