摘　　要：白三烯作为重要的炎症介质具有广泛的生理及病理效应,并可使血管收缩,动脉平滑肌细胞增殖,与慢性肺源性心脏病的发生发展有密切关系,临床研究及动物实验证实其介入了肺动脉高压的形成.对白三烯在肺动脉高压发病机制中的作用进行深入研究可能成为今后研究的热点,并为肺动脉高压的治疗提供新的思路.Leukotriene has extensive physiological and pathological effects as a kind of important inflammation medium,and it can induce vascular constriction and proliferation of pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells.It plays an important role in the progression of chronic cor pulmonale.Many clinical and animal experiments show Leukotriene is involved in inducing pulmonary hypertension.In the future it could be a hotspot to study the action of Leukotriene in the pathogenesis of pulmonary hypertension,which may provide us a new research direction for the therapy of pulmonary hypertension.
