摘 要:瞬时受体电位(TRP)通道蛋白由一系列具有不同离子通透性和门控特性的亚家族组成,在哺乳动物的多种组织和细胞中广泛表达.近年来大量研究发现,TRP通道蛋白在胰岛β细胞中广泛表达,通过多种机制参与胰岛素分泌的调节,并在糖尿病并发症的发生、发展中发挥重要作用.对TRP家族的研究将有助于深入了解糖尿病及其并发症的病理过程,从而为糖尿病的治疗提供新的药物靶点.Transient receptor potential (TRP) proteins,which are widely expressed in various tissues and cells of mammals,constitute a family of cation channels with very diverse permeation and gating properties Recently,there is overwhelming evidence that TRP channels are abundantly expressed on islet β cells,and play significant roles both on the level of insulin release from the β cells and the occurrence and development of diabetic complications,with variety of mechanisms being involved in.Future analyses of TRP channels are likely to lead to better understanding of the complicated pathological processes of diabetes and its complications,thus offering new drug targets for treatment of diabetes.
