摘　　要：目的：研究河南省孕产妇死亡动态变化趋势及死亡原因，为降低河南省孕产妇死亡率制定干预措施、提供科学依据。方法：回顾性分析河南省2000～2010年25个市（县）孕产妇死亡监测点的资料。结果：①2010年河南省平均孕产妇死亡率为20．18／10万，较2000年下降62．87％。②孕产妇死亡的前5位死因依次为产科出血、妊娠期高血压疾病、羊水栓塞、妊娠合并心脏病、肝病。结论：2000～2010年河南省孕产妇死亡率呈下降趋势。为进一步降低孕产妇死亡率，应加强对妊娠合并内科疾病的诊断和治疗，提高基层医务人员处理产科危急症的能力，加大宣传力度，提高住院分娩率，增强群众的保健意识。Objective： To research the dynamic change trend and causes of maternal death in Hehan province, provide scientific basis dor making interventional measures to reduce maternal mortality in Hehan province. Methods： The data of maternal death from monitoring points from 25 cities （counties） in He＇nan province from 2000 to 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. Results： The mean maternal mortality in Hehan province in 2010 was 20. 18/100 000, decreasing by 62. 87% compared with 2000. The top five causes of maternal death were obstetric hemorrhage, hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy （HDCP） , amniotic fluid embolism, pregnancy associated with cardiac disease, and hepatopathy. Conclusion： The maternal mortality in Hehan province from 2000 to 2010 shows a decreasing trend. In order to reduce maternal mortality, the diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy combined with internal medicine diseases should be strengthened, the ability of basic medical staff to deal with obstetric critical diseases should be improved, the publicity should be enhanced, the hospitalization delivery rate should be improved, the health consciousness of population should be strengthened.
