摘　　要：目的:探讨女性盆腔炎患者血清中性激素水平及其与不孕不育的关系。方法:健康体检女性(有生育史)30例作为对照组,不孕不育且患有盆腔炎的女性70例作为实验组,两组均于卵泡期清晨空腹采血,采用ELISA酶联免疫法检测促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡成熟激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)、孕酮(P)和泌乳素(PRL)的蛋白水平。结果:与对照组相比较,实验组女性血清中E2和T的蛋白水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),LH和P的蛋白水平明显升高差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),FSH和PRL的蛋白水平明显降低差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:盆腔炎影响女性血清中性激素水平,提示盆腔炎与女性不孕不育密切相关。Objective： To explore the relationship between serum sex hormone levels and infertility in female patients with pelvic inflammatory disease （PID） . Methods： Thirty women with childbearing history who received healthy physical examination in the hospital were selected as control group, seventy infertile women with PID were selected as experimental group; morning fasting blood samples were obtained in the two groups during follicular period; ELISA was used to detect the levels of luteinizing hormone （ LH）, follicle - stimulating hormone （ FSH）, estradiol, testosterone, progesterone, and prolactin （PRL） . Results ： There was no statistically significant difference in serum levels of estradiol and testosterone between control group and experimental group （P 〉 0. 05） ; the serum levels of LH and progesterone in experimental group increased significantly, which were statistically significantly higher than those in control group （P 〈 0. 01 ） ; the serum levels of FSH and PRL in experimental group decreased significantly, which were statistically significantly lower than those in control group （P 〈0. 01 ） . Conclusion： PID affects serum sex hormone levels of women, which indicates than PID is closely correlated with female infertility.
