摘 要:研究了多介质过滤-超滤-反渗透工艺在微污染地下水回用处理中的应用。首先介绍了该工艺的流程和主要装置。其次分析了该工艺的运行效果,在8项控制指标中总碱度、总硬度、含油量、SO42-和浊度的去除率均在95%以上,COD Mn的去除率为87.1%,都达到回用标准;而Cl-为98.5%,电导率为97.8%,但偶尔有少量的超标,分析其主要原因在于这几项指标进水值高出设计值,需要控制好进水水质。最后,对该工艺的水处理成本进行了核算,为2.04元/t。The application of multi-media filters + ultrafiltration + reverse osmosis in reused treatment of wastewater was studied in this article. First the technology process and the main installations were introduced, then the operation effect of the treatment process was investigated. The results show that among the 8 indicators, the removal rates of total alkalinity, total hardness, oil content, SO4^2+ and turbidity are more than 95%, CODMn removal rate is 87.1%, which all up to the design standard. The CI removal rate is 98.5% and effluent conductivity is 97.8%, which exceed standard occasionally. The main reason is the influent value of these indicators is higher than the design value. At last, the cost of process of water treatment is 2.04 yuan/t.
