摘  要:研究目的:聚氨酯海绵体生物滴滤器去除苯乙烯过程中表面活性剂;研究方法:实验是通过2个相同实验室规模的生物滴滤装置来实现的。将苯乙烯作为模型VOCs,而滴滤器中微生物所依附的载体是一整个的开孔网状的聚氨酯海面材料,同时又对气体的保留时间以及VOCs负荷对它的性能的影响进行了实验观察。研究结果:苯乙烯的去除效率随着苯乙烯的有机负荷的增加而降低,而且相应的在没有添加表面活性剂的BTF中去除效率分别为87%,70%和50%,而在添加表面活性剂的BTF中苯乙烯的去除效率分别为96%,92%和82%。在整个操作过程中,当苯乙烯的有机负荷高时,可以观察到无表面活性剂的BTF中生物过量积累,而添加表面活性剂的BTF中生物量保持稳定。研究结论:在生物滴滤器中添加表面活性剂曲拉通可以提高苯乙烯的去除效率。对于将聚氨酯海绵更好的用于工业中的生物滴滤器填料是很具有研究意义的。Objective: polyurethane cavernosum biotrickling filter to remove the surface active agent in the styrene process. Study Methods: two identical laboratory scale biotrickling filter means, with styrene as a model of VOCs, in one piece opening network shaped polyurethane sponge material as the biotrickling filter microorganisms attached to the carder, were investigated and evaluated the impact of VOCs load and gas residence time of their performance. Results: The increase in the organic loading of the removal efficiency of styrene as styrene is reduced, but without adding the corresponding surfactant BTF removal efficiency are 87 %, 70 % and 50 %, while in the add surfactant BTF styrene removal efficiency was 96 %, 92 % and 82 %, respectively. During the whole operation, when the high organic loading of the styrene, can be observed without surfactant a BTF biological excessive accumulation of biornass, and the surfaetant is added the BTF stable. Research conclusions: add biotrickling filter the surfactant Triton can improve removal efficiency of styrene. For better design and application of polyurethane sponge as industrial-scale biological trickling filters filler has important practical significance.
