摘  要:以宁夏主栽春小麦品种宁春4号和宁春47号为供试材料,在盆栽条件下,人工控制温度,设高温(35±2) ℃和常温(27±2) ℃ 2个温度处理,以常温为对照,在花后3~25 d对春小麦进行高温处理,测定籽粒幼苗长势和籽粒活力。结果表明,花后不同时段高温显著降低了春小麦幼苗生长势和籽粒活力,花后高温越早对春小麦籽粒活力的影响越大,其中花后3 d高温的影响最大,宁春4号的籽粒活力指数1下降了10.82%;使宁春47号的籽粒活力指数1下降12.81%。花后不同高温对春小麦籽粒活力的影响不同,最终会严重影响春小麦的产量。In order to study the impact of different high temperatures on grain viability after anthesis of spring wheat, two spring wheat varieties Ningchun 4 and Ningchun 47 which were main cultivars in Ningxia were used as the test materials to do the pot cultivation experiment under the controlled high temperature (35±2) ℃ and room temperature (27±2) ℃ and seedling growth and grain vigor were detected after the temperature treatments on spring wheat during 3-25 d after anthesis. The results showed that high temperature after anthesis affected the spring wheat seedling growth and grain vigor. The seedling growth and the grain vigor of spring wheat were significantly reduced, the sooner the high temperature the greater the impact on spring wheat grain vigor. High temperature of 3 d after anthesis had the greatest impact which made the grain vigor 1 index of Ningchun 4 be declined 10.82% and made the grain vigor index Ningchun 47 be declined 12.81%.Different high temperature treatments after anthesis had different impacts on grain vigor of spring wheat, and eventually affected the yield of spring wheat seriously.
