摘 要:以2008年黄河流域区试中熟常规棉A、B两组19个参试品种的16个数量性状为研究对象,采用因子分析、通径分析及多元多项式回归等方法研究高产优质棉花数量性状的选育参数。结果表明,前6个主因子解释了所考察性状总变异信息的86.79%;探明了植株性状和产量性状对产量影响的直接效应与间接效应;分别对以皮棉产量、产量因素性状及纺纱指数为目标函数的回归方程进行模拟仿真频率分析,得出皮棉产量≥1 650 kg/hm且纺纱指数≥155的高产优质棉花数量性状选育参数为:株高99.02~106.12 cm,果枝始节5.89~6.57节,果枝台数13.81~15.60台,单株铃19.31~19.51个,铃质量5.77~5.82 g ,衣分39.55%~39.78%,纤维长度31.88~32.00 mm,麦克隆值5.16~5.27,比强度31.48~31.73 cN/tex。植株性状、产量因素性状和品质性状的协调发展是实现棉花高产优质的有效途径。Researches and exploring mode parameters of high yield and good quality cotton quantity characters were carried out to reduce the blindness on characters selection. The research material was 16 quantity characters of 19 testing mid maturation conventional cotton varieties of regional test A and B groups in the Yellow River region in 2008. Factor analysis, path analysis and multivariate polynomial regression analysis were used in this research. The result showed that the former 6 main factors accounted for 86.79% of the total variation of examined characters. The result ascertained the direct and indirect effects of plant characters and yield characters on yield. Simulation and frequency analysis were used in regression equations, which took cotton yield, yield factor characters and spinning index as objective function respectively, and breeding selection parameters of quantity characters at the level of cotton yield ≥1 650 kg/hm and spinning index ≥155 were as the following: 99.02-106.12 cm of plant height,5.89-6.57 fro branch initial burl, 13.81-15.60 for branch numbers, 19.31-19.51 for plant bolls, 5.77-5.82 g for boll weight,39.55%-39.78% of lint percentage,and 31.88-32.00 mm of fiber length,5.16-5.27 of micronaire,and 31.48-31.73 cN/tex for fiber strength. The coordinated development of plant traits, production factors and quality traitswas an effective way to achieve the high yield and good quality cotton.
