摘 要:为了探索鸡麻(Rhodotypos scandens)的快速繁殖方法,采用L9(34)正交试验方法,研究激素种类、激素质量浓度、处理时间和扦插基质4个因素对鸡麻当年生半木质化枝条扦插生根能力的影响。结果表明:影响鸡麻扦插生根的主导因素是激素种类,其次是扦插基质,处理时间的影响最小。鸡麻的最佳扦插条件为:以河沙为扦插基质,采取100mg/L双吉尔(GGR)6号生根粉预处理2h,生根率可达80.64%。此法操作简单易行,可为大规模推广应用提供技术参考。Our objective was to investigate the rapid propagation of Rhodotypos scandens through cutting propagation technique. The cutting propagation technology of the current year semi lignified branches of Rhodotypos scandens were studied with a L9(34) orthogonal test design which consisted of four factors of hormone type, hormone concentration, treating time and cutting medium. The results showed that the dominant factor was hormone type, then cutting medium, and treating time had the least impact on rooting. The preferable cutting propagation technical conditions of R. Scandens were that the cuttings were pretreated with GGR 100 mg/L for two hours and propagated in sand, and the rooting rate reached 80.64%. This method was simple and easy to operate, and could provide technical reference for large scale popularization and application.
