摘  要:在实验室条件下,研究东亚钳蝎对小菜蛾的捕食效应。结果表明,东亚钳蝎对小菜蛾3~4龄幼虫及成虫的捕食功能反应属于Holling 功能反应模型Ⅱ型,对幼虫和成虫的瞬间攻击力分别为0.661和0.687,最大捕食量则分别为36.36头和125头。东亚钳蝎有较强的种内干扰作用,随着捕食者密度的增大,捕食作用率相应降低。猎物和天敌相互干扰会降低东亚钳蝎对3~4龄小菜蛾幼虫的寻找效应,但对其捕食量影响不大。在小菜蛾幼虫和成虫的混合种群中东亚钳蝎偏嗜小菜蛾成虫。Predation effect of Buthus martensii Kirsch on Plutella xylostella were exolored under laboratory conditions. The results showed that the predatory functional responses of Buthus martensii Karsch on the 3rd or 4th instar larvae and adults of Plutella xylostella matched with Holling Ⅱmodel. And the moment attack “a” and the largest preying number per day “1/Th” were 0.661 and 0.687 as well as 36.36 and 125, respectively, strong intra specific interference of the Buthus martensii Karsch was found in the experiment. With density increase of Buthus martensii Karsch, predation rate reduced accordingly. Mutual interference in the Buthus martensii Karsch and Plutella xylostella could reduce the searching efficiency of Buthus martensii Kirsch to the 3rd or 4th instar larvae and adults of Plutella xylostella, however, which had little affection on preying number.In mixed populations of larvae and adults of Plutella xylostella , the Buthus martensii Karsch were observed to prefer the latter.
