摘  要:采用大田小区试验方法,研究10%草甘膦水剂、48%灭草松水剂、30%苄嘧磺隆可湿性粉剂和38%欧特可湿性粉剂4种茎叶除草剂对藨草生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:用药后9d,48%灭草松水剂1倍推荐量及10%草甘膦水剂1倍推荐量处理与对照相比,叶绿素含量显著降低;30%苄嘧磺隆可湿性粉剂和38%欧特可湿性粉剂对可溶性蛋白质、MDA含量药后1d影响较大,药后9d与对照无差异或显著低于对照,而10%草甘膦水剂和48%灭草松水剂随处理后时间增加呈增加趋势。藨草体内活性氧系统POD、CAT及SOD活性明显受到除草剂影响,10%草甘膦水剂和48%灭草松水剂常量及倍量与对照相比逐渐升高,显著高于对照,而其他处理表现为先升高、后逐渐恢复至对照水平。Effects of four herbicides(10% glyphosate aqueous sollution, 48%bentazone aqueous sollution, 30%bensulfuron methyl water power and 38% ou te water power)on physiology and biochemistry of the Scirpus planiculmis Fr. Schmidt were studied in field. 10% glyphosate aqueous sollution and 48% bentazone aqueous sollution were applied at recommended concentration. The results showed that a significant decrease in chlorophyll content compared with the control on the 9th day after treating. For 30%bensulfuron methyl water power and 38% ou te water power, a significant reduction in the soluble protein and MDA content was detected on the first day after treatment, but there were no difference with the control or significantly lower than the control after 9 d. However, the soluble protein and MDA content increased with the treatment time of 10% glyphosate aqueous sollution and 48% bentazone aqueous sollution. The protective enzymes (POD, CAT and SOD)activity of the Scirpus planiculmis Fr. Schmidt was significantly affected by the herbicide, which were significantly higher than the control with the increase of the label rate and times of 10% glyphosate aqueous sollution and 48%bentazone aqueous sollution, but other treatments increased firstly, then gradually returned to the control level.
