摘  要:在已建立的测定SO42-的流动注射比浊法的基础上,研究了试剂浓度,表面活性剂,乙醇和反应体系pH等因素对BaSO4颗粒粒度及吸光度稳定性的影响。研究结果可优化流动注射比浊法快速测定SO42-的测定条件,为方法提供相应理论依据,同时拓展该法的应用范围。The flow-injection turbidimetry is well-known for sulphate determination.It is featured by high-speed of analysis,less reagent consumption and convenient operation.But the experiments turn out that the repeatability of sulphate determination by turbidimetric is lower.In this paper,factors influencing the conditions of precipitation and the absorbance were investigated,such as the concentration of surfactant,ethanol and the pH value.The relationship between absorbance and particle size was discussed in details.The optimum parameters for sulphate analysis by turbidimetry were obtained in the study.Using the optimum parameters,the precision and repeatability of sulphate determination by flow-injection turbidimetry have been improved.Thus,the study is conductive to expand the application range of flow-injection turbidimetry.
