摘 要:用筛分法把机制砂按粒组含量不同分成8组,再把8组机制砂配制成8组干混砂浆。分别对8组机制砂干混砂浆的抗压强度、抗折强度以及与瓷砖和苯板在不同养护条件下的黏结强度进行了试验研究。试验表明:砂浆的抗压强度、抗折强度以及砂浆的压折比,随较细砂含量的减小和较粗砂含量的增加呈现逐渐减小的趋势。砂浆与聚苯板和瓷砖的黏结强度,随较细砂含量的减小和较粗砂含量的增加总体上呈先增大后减小的趋势。结果表明:机制砂颗粒级配为4组和5组时所配砂浆的总体性能优良。Manufactured-sands were divided into eight groups according to the grain size by the use of sieving method and the eight groups sands were made into eight groups dry-mixed mortar.Compressive strength and flexural strength of the eight groups mortar and the bonding strength of the mortar to polystyrene and ceramic tile were investigated in this paper, in order to know the influence of the grain grading of manufactured-sands on the properties of dry-mixed mortar.The test results showed that the consistency of dry-mixed mortar in- creased with the decreasing of the content of the finer sands and the increasing of the content of the coarser sands.The bonding strength of the mortar to polystyrene and ceramic tile first increased and then decreased with the decreasing of the content of the finer sands and the in- creasing of the content of the coarser sands.The results of this study illustrate that the performances of dry-mixed mortars with manufac- tured-sands of four group and five group are good.
