摘　　要：装配式混凝土结构中,预制构件的钢筋套筒灌浆技术是关键施工技术之一。结合灌浆套筒的施工现场灌浆的经验,采用创新的套筒结构、灌浆料的搅拌、灌浆填充方式,介绍了填充材料的搅拌混合和温度控制、施工现场灌浆的两种填充方式及操作要点,具有质量稳定可靠、节约材料、绿色施工等优点,为施工现场灌浆提供参考。In fabricated concrete structures, steel sleeve grouting technology of refabricated components is ong of the key construction technology.Combined with experiences in job site grouting technology, we use innovative sleeve structures, procedures of material mix- ing, methods of grout filling, mainly introduce the mixing and temperature control of filling material, two kinds of filling modes and opera- tion points of job site grouting technology, it had advantages of stable and reliable quality, saving materials and green construction.It pro- vides a reference for the job site.
