摘  要:为提高太阳能电池的输出功率,设计了一种基于复合抛物面的矩形出口三维聚光器。运用光迹追踪软件,对传统二维槽式聚光器及新型三维聚光器的工作性能进行了比较。仿真显示,当光线的入射角在聚光器接收范围内时,新型三维聚光器具有大于90%的聚光效率和较高的聚光比。将接收半角为35°的三维聚光器应用于多晶硅太阳能电池上,在太阳辐照度为400 W/m2的情况下,电池最大输出功率可达到非聚光的2.25倍。In order to increase the output power of solar cells, a 3D photovohaic concentrator based on compound paraboloid is designed. Using ray-tracing software, the performances of the new designed 3D concentrator are compared with that of traditional 2D trough collector. The new concentrator's concentration efficiency is more than 90% and concentration ratio is really high when incident rays within acceptance angle of 3D concentrator. Then a concentrator prototype with a nominal half acceptance angle of 35 ° was made and mounted with a poly-silicon solar cell. Under a 400 W/m^2 solar radiation, the low cost poly-silicon solar cell achieved a 2.25 times maximum output power comparing with the same bare cell.
