摘　　要：在越来越受知识驱动的全球经济中,创新已成为经济增长和社会发展的基本动力,成为提高国家长期竞争力的关键因素。美国、欧洲是全球产业创新的重要中心,其产业创新先进经验对优化我国创新战略、推动产业创新有着积极的借鉴作用。下一步,我国应从完善市场机制为着力点推动产业创新,并优化政府在创新活动中的职能和作用。In the global economy driven increasingly by knowledge, innovation has become the basic motive force of economic growth and social development, and has become the key factor of improving the national long-term competitive power. America and Europe are important centers of global industrial innovation, the advanced experience there have positive effects on optimizing our country＇s innovation strategy and promoting industrial innovation. Next, China should promote industrial innovation focusing on improving market system, and optimize the role and function in innovation activities.
