摘 要:目的探讨子痫前期孕妇胎盘中晚期氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)表达水平与子痫前期严重程度的关系,分析子痫前期患者胎盘AOPP高表达可能的临床意义。方法选择2012年1月至12月在南方医科大学南方医院收治的子痫前期患者42例,其中子痫前期轻度22例,子痫前期重度20例。选取同期足月分娩的孕妇40例作为对照组。免疫组化方法观察3组孕妇胎盘AOPP的表达情况。分光光度法测定胎盘AOPP的表达水平。结果子痫前期轻度组AOPP主要表达于绒毛合体滋养细胞。子痫前期重度组AOPP在绒毛合体滋养细胞以及细胞滋养细胞中均有表达。胎盘AOPP的表达水平:子痫前期重度患者胎盘AOPP表达明显高于轻度患者及正常孕妇水平(P<0.05),子痫前期轻度组胎盘与正常孕妇比较差异无统计学意义。子痫前期重度组胎盘AOPP表达水平与胎盘重量、胎儿出生体重明显负相关,相关系数分别为-0.392和-0.314(P<0.05)。结论 AOPP在子痫前期胎盘表达增高,可能与子痫前期的发病相关。Objective To investigate the placental levels of AOPP( advanced oxidation protein products )and its associa- tion with the severity with pre-eclampsia and to explore the clinical significance of AOPP expression in pre-eclamptic pla- centa. Methods From January, 2012 to December, 2012, 42 pregnant women with pre-eclampsia(including 20 mild ca- ses and 22 severe cases) were enrolled in this study. 40 cases of normotensive pregnant women with term delivery were enrolled as the control group. We observed the site of AOPP deposition in the placenta with immunohistochemical method and the level of AOPP in the placenta was measured by spectrophometry. Results AOPP was mainly located in the syn- cytiotrophoblast in mild preeclampsia while in severe preeclampsia, placental AOPP was located in both syncytiotropho- blast and cytotrophoblast, placental AOPP levels: higher placental AOPP level was observed in severe preeclampsia( P 〈 0. 05 ), and no significant difference was observed in mild preeclampsia and normal pregnant women, significance negative correlation with were observed among placental AOPP levels, placental weight and fetal weight and the protein, r = - 0. 392 and -0. 314 respectively(P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Placental AOPP level was elevated in preeclampsia and may contribute to the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.
