摘　　要：研究了采用"铁水脱硫预处理→转炉→LF→RH→板坯浇铸"生产X65抗酸类管线钢的工艺流程,实现了高洁净度和良好内部质量抗酸类管线钢连铸坯的批量生产。成品成分控制水平达到w(C)≤0.045%,w(P)≤80×10-6,w(S)≤7×10-6,w(N)≤34.5×10-6,w(H)≤1.4×10-6;钢中B类夹杂物控制在0.5级以下,基本没有长条状MnS夹杂物;连铸坯低倍评级中心偏析达到C类0.5级以下水平。The production process of ＂hot metal desulphurization pretreatment→basic oxygen furnace→LF→RH→continuous casting slab＂ is studied to produce X65 acid-resistance pipeline steel. The excellent slabs of good cleanliness and internal quality are produced by this technology. The content of production composition is ω （C）≤ 0. 045 % ,ω（P）≤80 ×10^-6, ω（S）≤7 ~ 10-6, w（N）434. 5 ×10^-6, w（H）≤1. 4 ×10^-6. And the grade of inclusions are controlled below B 0. 5 level in steel and the inclusion of strip MnS is not found, and the grade of center segregation of slab is controlled blow C 0.5.
