摘  要:通过热力学计算,对转炉脱钛过程进行了研究。通过计算得出:转炉冶炼过程前期是去除钢中钛的有利阶段。在转炉冶炼后期,由于钢液温度升高,钢液脱钛所需的氧活度明显增加。通过采用转炉双渣法冶炼、适当提高转炉冶炼终点碳含量,可以达到降低钢中钛含量和避免钢液氧化严重、减轻转炉炉后操作负担的双重目的。Removal of titanium in liquid steel during converter smelting process was calculated by thermodynamics. It was concluded that it is easy for the removal of titanium in the steel in the early stage of converter process. The a[o] required for the removal of titanium in the liquid steel will increase dramatically at the later stage of converter smelting process due to higher temperature of liquid steel. Titanium content can be reduced and heavy oxidation of liquid steel can be prevented through using double-slag process and increasing carbon content of liquid steel at the end-point of converter smelting process, and the burden at furnace rear can be alleviated at the same time.
