摘 要:以国内某钢铁公司的CAS-OB精炼钢包为原型,在相似性原理的基础上建立了水模型,研究在CAS-OB精炼过程中底吹气量、渣层厚度对排渣直径和临界卷渣气量的影响。根据试验结果提出以下优化方案:排渣时期底吹气量应控制在500L/mira精炼时底吹气量应控制在600-700L/min;软吹时期底吹气量应控制在500L/min。工业试验表明,CAS-OB底吹气量优化后钢液的洁净度和可浇铸性有所提高。Based on the similarity principle and the CAS-OB ladle of a domestic steel company as the prototype, a water model is established. The effect of the bottom gas flow rate and the slag thickness on the deslagging diameter and the critical gas flow rate for the slag entrapment were studied. The optimal program was obtained from the experimental result: the gas rate is 500 L/min in the deslagging process, the gas rate is 600-700 L/min in the refining process, the gas rate is 500 L/min in the soft blowing process. The industrial test shown that the cleanness and castability of the steel that produced by the optimal CAS-OB process were improved.
